Refund policy

Right of Withdrawal / Right of Cancellation

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period is fourteen days.

In the case of a contract for the delivery of goods, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

If you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item delivered.

If goods are delivered in several partial shipments, the period begins on the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the final partial shipment.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

E-mail: office@sakura-syndrome.com

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by e-mail or by post.

You may use the statutory model withdrawal form for this purpose. However, the use of this form is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of the least expensive standard delivery offered by us.

Additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us will not be reimbursed.

Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.

For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

Returning the Goods

You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notified us of your withdrawal, to the following address:

Ing. David Martin Fromm

Zanglweg 2

The return deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods where that diminished value results from handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal for Personalised Products

In particular, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods

  • that are made to the customer's specifications, or

  • that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

This applies in particular to products that are personalised or specially designed according to your individual instructions, for example products bearing a name, text, motif or comparable individual design requested by you.

The mere production of a regular product using a print-on-demand process does not exclude the right of withdrawal. Accordingly, the statutory right of withdrawal generally applies to non-personalised standard products.
