Production and Shipping (Print-on-Demand)

Our products are manufactured using a print-on-demand process. This means they are only produced after your order has been received.

Production and delivery times may vary depending on the product, production location and delivery country.

Delivery Time

The delivery time applicable to your order is stated with the respective product or before the order is completed.

The delivery time covers both the manufacture of the product and the subsequent shipping.

Because our products are only produced after an order is placed, production times may vary depending on the production location and current workload.

Should an unforeseeable delay occur after the contract has been concluded, we will inform you as soon as we become aware of it.

Your statutory rights in the event of a delay in delivery remain unaffected.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs applicable to your order are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

The amount of the shipping costs depends in particular on:

  • product type,

  • order quantity,

  • delivery country,

  • production location,

  • shipping service provider.

The total price payable for your order, including any applicable shipping costs, is displayed before you submit your order.

Partial Deliveries

For orders containing several items, partial deliveries may occur, in particular if products are manufactured at different production locations or shipped by different fulfilment partners.

Partial deliveries initiated by us do not result in additional shipping costs for you.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes, import charges or other official fees may apply.

These additional charges are to be borne by the buyer, unless they are already collected at checkout or expressly assumed by us.

The specific amount and collection of such charges are governed by the regulations of the respective delivery country and are beyond our control.

Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by you, and the shipment is therefore returned or has to be sent again, additional costs may arise for re-shipping.

These additional costs may be charged to you insofar as you are responsible for the incorrect or incomplete address details.
