Production and Shipping (Print-on-Demand)
All products are individually made using a print-on-demand process. Production begins only after the order has been received and accepted.
Processing and Delivery Time
Processing and delivery times depend on the product, production location, and delivery address.
As a general rule:
- Production: approx. 2–7 business days
- Shipping within Europe: approx. 5–12 business days
- Shipping to other countries: approx. 7–20 business days
Please note that longer delivery times may occur, especially during seasonal peak periods, high production volume, limited material availability, delays caused by shipping carriers, or customs-related processing.
All delivery times stated are non-binding guide values unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown separately during the ordering process or at checkout before the order is completed.
The amount of shipping costs depends in particular on:
- product type
- order quantity
- delivery country
- shipping provider or production location
Partial Deliveries
For orders containing multiple items, separate deliveries may occur, especially if the products are shipped from different production or shipping locations.
Customs and Import Charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import charges, or other fees may apply. These are to be borne by the buyer.
Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer, additional costs may be incurred for reshipping. These costs are to be borne by the customer insofar as the incorrect information is attributable to them.
